Lauren Oldham is the Director of Operations at HBKS® Wealth Advisors (HBKS®), working from the Warrendale, Pennsylvania office, where she brings a wealth of expertise in business management, technology solutions, and reporting.

Lauren joined HBKS® in May 2023 as a seasoned operations leader with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Lauren’s journey in the financial sector began at Fort Pitt Capital Group LLC, where she held various roles, including Technical Support Analyst, Business Analyst, and Operations Manager. Her tenure there was marked by her ability to lead and manage teams, optimize operational processes, and drive data quality and consistency.

In her current role at HBKS Wealth Advisors, Lauren supervises and develops a team responsible for the firm’s operational aspects. She is dedicated to identifying and evaluating technology solutions to improve business processing infrastructure and plays a crucial role in managing firm resources and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Her strategic approach and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Her strong leadership, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills make her a valuable asset to the HBKS team.
