HBKS Again Among Elite FT300 Firms

07/02/2019

July 2, 2019 – For the sixth consecutive year, HBKS® Wealth Advisors (HBKS) has been named to the Financial Times’ “FT 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers.” The competition, which is also in its sixth year, recognizes top independent RIA firms from across the United States. The “FT 300” is produced independently by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the Financial Times that provides business intelligence on the asset management industry.

“We are pleased to be included again this year in this list of prestigious firms,” said Scott Cross, CFA, HBKS Chief Operating Officer. “The FT 300 serves as an excellent resource for investors looking for an advisory with a good track record, a firm they can rely on to act in their best interests.”

RIA firms under consideration for the list have met a minimum set of criteria and are graded on six factors: assets under management (AUM); AUM growth rate; years in existence; advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisers; online accessibility; and compliance records. There are no fees or other considerations required of RIAs that apply for the FT 300.

According to the Financial Times’ release on this year’s list, “We present the FT 300 as an elite group, not a competitive ranking of one to 300,” adding that, “the competition to enter this year’s FT 300 list was fierce.”
