Jonathan Frawley, CRPS®, AIFA®

Jon Frawley is a Retirement Plan Advisor, based in the Erie, Pennsylvania office. He joined the firm in 2019. He works closely with business owners, plan trustees, and committees to help design, manage, and optimize employer-sponsored retirement plans with a strong emphasis on fiduciary responsibility, participant outcomes, and long-term plan success. His specialization includes plan design consulting, investment due diligence, fiduciary process support, plan benchmarking, and ongoing employee participant education. He partners with clients to translate complex regulatory and investment concepts into practical, actionable strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce needs. Jon is passionate about helping employers navigate the evolving retirement landscape while empowering employees to make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Prior to joining HBKS Wealth Advisors, Jon worked as an Associate Wealth Manager in Cleveland, Ohio, where he supported comprehensive financial planning and investment analysis for individual and high-net worth clients. This experience helped shape his disciplined, detail-oriented approach to retirement plan consulting.

Jon earned his B.S. in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from PennWest Edinboro University, with dual concentrations in Personal Financial Planning & Accounting.

He holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® (CRPS®) designation and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®) designation, reflecting his commitment to fiduciary best practices, prudent investment oversight, and professional excellence in the retirement plan industry.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Edinboro University Foundation, supporting the advancement of educational access, alumni engagement, and long-term institutional sustainability. He also serves at the Erie City Mission and with his local church community. He enjoys staying active, traveling, and rooting for the Indianapolis Colts football team.
