Caroline DeMartino

Caroline DeMartino is an Advisor Associate in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of HBKS Wealth Advisors.
Caroline joined HBKS in October 2021 as a Client Support Specialist after moving to Philadelphia. Caroline was a quick study, adding value immediately to her team that was in the midst of a transition. The Philadelphia office relied on Caroline to promptly take on responsibility during a busy post-pandemic time in the office. She is extremely dedicated and has developed a great rapport with clients, who have become comfortable with communicating directly with Caroline. She is a go-to person who wears a lot of hats supporting the office and its Advisors. Caroline was promoted to Advisor Associate in September of 2022.

Caroline graduated from University of Maryland’s, Robert H. Smith School of Business in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, and minor in Information Systems. While attending University of Maryland, Caroline held two internships with BMO Capital Markets working as Trading Products Intern and subsequently an Operations and Software Development Intern.

Upon graduation, Caroline began her career working for NJ Department of State as a Shared Services Consultant providing scalability improvements to municipal governments.
