HBKS Wealth Advisors has again been named as a top firm in the CNBC FA 100 list. HBKS ranked 73rd in the CNBC FA 100, which was unveiled on October 6. The ranking, according to the network, “recognizes those advisory firms that best help clients navigate their financial lives.”
CNBC said it enlisted data provider AccuPoint Solutions to assist with the ranking of registered investment advisors for this year’s FA 100 list, the third year of the study. The methodology, it said, consisted of “first analyzing a variety of core data points from AccuPoint Solutions’ database of registered investment advisors. This analysis started with an initial list of 38,302 RIA firms. Through a process, the list was eventually cut to 749 RIAs, with those firms meeting CNBC’s proprietary criteria. AccuPoint again applied CNBC’s proprietary weighted categories to further refine and rank the firms, ultimately creating the list of the top 100.”
Among the data points analyzed were advisors’ compliance records, number of years in business, and total number of accounts as well as assets under management.
“We are pleased to continue to be recognized as a prominent member of our industry, and in particular for our work with our clients,” noted Chris Allegretti, CEO and Managing Partner. “That we continue to grow and move up in the various industry rankings reflects more than anything our clients’ faith in us to help them achieve their financial goals.”
