August 3 – For the seventh consecutive year, HBKS® Wealth Advisors (HBKS) has been named to the Financial Times’ FT 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers. The survey, also in its seventh year, recognizes highly qualified independent RIA firms from across the United States.
“The seventh annual FT 300 … comes as the most severe hit to the global economy since the Great Depression underscores retail investors’ need for in-depth and tailored advice,” noted the Financial Times upon release of the study.
“The FT 300 serves as an excellent resource for investors looking for an advisory with a good track record, a firm they can rely on to act in their best interests,” added Scott Cross, CFA, HBKS Chief Operating Officer.
RIA firms under consideration for the list have met a minimum set of criteria and are graded on six factors: assets under management (AUM); AUM growth rate; years in existence; advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisers; online accessibility; and compliance records. There are no fees or other considerations required of RIAs that apply for the FT 300.
The FT 300 is produced independently by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the Financial Times that provides business intelligence on the asset management industry. Read the full Financial Times article on the FT 300.
